Myers Industries: Attractively Priced But Waiting For All The Stars To Align
Myers Industries' investment thesis hinges on the success of the Signature Systems acquisition, tire distribution recovery, and debt reduction, presenting a potential opportunity for patient investors. Despite recent financial struggles, including a lowered EPS guidance, Myers' acquisition of Signature Systems shows promise with expected synergies and profitability improvements. Myers aims to achieve $3 adjusted EPS by 2029 through larger acquisitions and international expansion, though this strategy carries significant risks.
